1. Product Information

All cleaning liquid products sold by Luvio Care are formulated and prepared with care based on your specifications (such as quantity and product variant). Once the order is confirmed, changes cannot be made, and the order becomes final.

2. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received in full.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email or phone once the order is processed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please ensure all details are accurate before finalizing your order.

4. Delivery & Inspection

• Delivery timelines typically range from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location and product complexity.
• Customers must inspect items at the time of delivery. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.
• Once a product is accepted, it is deemed delivered in perfect condition and is non-returnable.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any cleaning products once dispatched. All products are prepared to order and cannot be resold or restocked.

6. Product Variations

Each Luvio Care product is formulated using natural and chemical compounds. Therefore, slight variations in color, scent, and viscosity may occur between batches. These variations are within acceptable standards and are not considered defects.

7. Warranty

We do not provide a formal warranty on cleaning products. However, our products undergo quality checks before dispatch. Proper storage, usage, and handling are the responsibility of the buyer. Issues caused by misuse, exposure to extreme heat, or contamination are not covered.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Luvio Care and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes arising from transactions will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai or Gummidipoondi.
